Congratulatory Message from The Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran

H.E Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of  the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, extended his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the government and people of Viet Nam to H.E Mr. Mohammad Reza Aref, First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Iranian people on the occasion of the 46th National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasized the determination of the government and people of Viet Nam to further strengthen and deepen the long-standing friendly relations and cooperation with the government and people of Iran. He expressed his hope that Iran would continue to overcome all difficulties and challenges and achieve even greater success in national development and progress.
