H.E Mr. Bui Thanh Son, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, extended his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the government and people of Viet Nam to H.E Mr. Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Iranian people on the occasion of the 46th National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He expressed his hope for the continuous expansion of friendly relations and multilateral cooperation between Viet Nam and Iran, particularly between the foreign ministries of both countries, and wished  H.E Mr. Araghchi further success in his current position.
