Iranian First Vice President Congratulates Vietnamese Prime Minister on National Day

 H.E Mr. Mohammad Reza Aref, the First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, sent a congratulatory message to H.E Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the occasion of Vietnam's National Day. In his message, he emphasized the importance of enhancing bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation between the two countries in various fields, wishing peace and progress to the people of Vietnam.
