Message of Congratulations from the Speaker of the ICA of Iran to the Chairman of the NA of Viet Nam on the 80th Anniversary of the National Day

H.E. Dr. Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran, extended his sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of independence and the “National Day” of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to H.E. Mr. Trần Thanh Mẫn, Chairman of the National Assembly of Viet Nam, as well as to the distinguished members of the Assembly, the Government, and the noble people of Viet Nam.

In his message, H.E Dr. Ghalibaf underscored the important role of legislatures in deepening relations among nations, and emphasized that the activation and strengthening of parliamentary diplomacy between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam is essential for expanding bilateral cooperation.
