Vietnamese Prime Minister Congratulates Aref on His Appointment as Irans First Vice President

Vietnamese Prime Minister H.E Mr. Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to H.E Mr. Mohammad Reza Aref on his appointment as the First Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In his message, the Prime Minister expressed hope for Iran's continued success in overcoming challenges and emphasized the importance of strengthening friendly relations and cooperation between Vietnam and Iran.
